New bookkeeping service relieves clients of tedious paperwork

Bookkeeping is a source of anxiety for many new business owners and busy individuals. Julie Bankert, a certified public bookkeeper based in Bluffton, Ohio, recently established J. Bankert Bookkeeping, LLC, knowing that these time consuming tasks are often put aside. She explains, “I help people who are overwhelmed. I take care of day-to-day bookkeeping, including paying bills on time, invoicing customers promptly, and balancing checkbooks. I provide timely, relevant financial reporting that helps clients run their business in a profitable, sustainable way. As a result, I give clients more time to do the things they love.”

In addition to current certifications in public bookkeeping, financial services, and QuickBooks, the Bluffton native has a special understanding of the concerns and needs of entrepreneurs and has strong customer service skills. Bankert previously ran her own dairy farm and worked as a technical support analyst and software test engineer for accounting software companies.

When clients talk about being stressed, Bankert sympathizes, “I know. When I was starting my dairy farm, I went to the bank and asked them to get my checkbook back in balance. You may not have considered it before, but outsourcing bookkeeping can save you time and money."
