During his 33-year career in marketing, Bauer has led major new product development projects including the creation of the HEALTHY CHOICE brand for ConAgra. Throughout the past 15 years, he has devoted much time to small business consulting, helping nearly a dozen start-up and emerging companies create national businesses including: STEAK-EZE breakaway steaks, BUFFALO NICKEL brand bison meat, and RED MONKEY organic seasonings and spices. As the executive director at BCE, Bauer uses his knowledge to help entrepreneurs succeed by coaching and mentoring them through the first few years as their businesses achieve stability, viability and growth.
BCE will conclude its business tune-up seminar series with “Year End Tax Planning/Record Keeping Issues” on November 19. This seminar will be held Bluffton University in Centennial Hall, room 211 from 6:30 – 8 p.m.
